Rarely, maybe. These are some rarely asked questions.

Q: How long are the shipping times?

A: Please note that on average we need 2 to 3 working days to process your order before we ship it. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Most of our orders will get to you within 2-4 days, but it may take longer if you live in a rural area.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: We will email you your tracking number when we fulfill your order. If you click on the tracking number provided in this email, a new page will open showing the status of your order. You can also track your order on our website.

Q: What is the refund/return policy?

A: You have 14 days after receipt of your order to issue a refund. Contact us via the contact form. You have to pay the shipping costs for a return.
